Step 1 — Employer Starts the Process
The employer selects the Ultimate Bundle and completes a short intake form with basic business and employee information.

Step 2 — Employee Receives Instructions
The employee receives secure instructions to complete identity verification, background screening consent, and Section 1 of Form I-9.

Step 3 — Live Remote I-9 Session
If Form I-9 services are included, we meet with the employee via live video to review original identity documents and complete the Authorized Representative section.

Step 4 — Completion & Confirmation
Completed documentation and confirmations are securely returned to the employer for record retention.
