General Estate + Trust Package: $300.00 For a more robust estate plan, our General Estate + Trust Package includes all the benefits of the General Estate Planning Package, plus a Revocable Living Trust. This trust offers additional advantages such as: * Avoiding probate, which can save time and costs. * Maintaining privacy regarding your assets. * Providing greater control over the distribution of your assets. Similar to our basic package, all documents are provided as fillable forms, and you'll receive complimentary notarization and free mileage within a 15-mile radius. Both packages also include a Self-Proving Affidavit form for your Last Will and Testament, which can simplify the probate process by affirming the will's validity.
